SEN caregivers often feel stressed while caring for children with special learning needs. The “Mental Health and Exercise Experience Day for SEN Caregivers” event aims to promote SEN sports, assisting students with various sensory training, encouraging parental involvement, and fostering positive parent-child relationships while enhancing overall well-being!
During the event, participants had the chance to try out various sports activities including an AIIT in-situ triathlon, e-sports cycling, and soft hockey. In addition, the event also features a sharing session to help caregivers understand how to manage stress and enhance their psychological resilience.
