The Yew Chung College of Early Childhood Education (YCCECE) will confer Honorary Fellowship on two outstanding individuals in recognition of their outstanding professional achievement and significant contribution to the community and the education sector. The presentation ceremony will be held at the College’s city campus at 3 To Fuk Road on 16th November 2024.  
 

Dr Betty Chan, chairperson of Yew Chung Education Foundation will officiate at the ceremony to confer the honor on the recipients.  
 

This year’s two recipients are  

• Professor Anthony B. L. Cheung, PhD (LSE), GBS, JP  

• Professor Jeff Thompson, CBE, Emeritus Professor of Education, Department of Education, University of Bath 

The YCCECE Honorary Fellowship was established in 2019 to recognise and honor those who are held in the highest regard by the College. To date, the College has conferred Honorary Fellowship on a total of 10 distinguished persons.
