The Hong Kong Society for the Protection of Children (HKSPC) announced the completion of the service reform plan of Children’s Residential Home (CRH) on 15 December 2022.

In response and support to the CRH child abuse incident last year, A task force was established by Yew Chung College of Early Childhood Education (YCCECE) in April 2022. Since then, the College has provided CRH with all-round support and guideline over the last nine months, enabling the Residential Home to launch service reorganization plan with focus on child protection and staff training in the future.
